More Upgrading

I'm in the process of a couple of upgrades, just to let you know. In order to do them, I had to reset the default skin to this plain, boring one. As soon as I get things taken care of, we'll return to our regular silliness. Everything should be functioning as normal, though, so feel free to contribute.

I just noticed that the part of the FAQ that was specifically about HB has been lost in the upgrade. This bothers me, because I worked really hard on that! I will have to dig it back up and see if the plug-in that used to manage it has been upgraded for this version of phpBB.
