I would like suggestions on some good Hawaiian Christian Music. I have only one; Ata Damcos, From the Valley to the Throne. Any suggestions would be grateful. (An excuse to go on Ebay )

there's a bunch out there... my personal favorite is 'Alana' by David/(Kawika) Kahiapo. 'Aloha ke Akua' by Na Kahu is a compilation that was released last year - it might be a good place to start. If you're looking for more contemporary sounding stuff, 7 Simple Pieces is worth listening to. most of the other hawaiian christian stuff i've seen are hawaiian translations of hymns or other praise music, which is okay, but not something that i would drop money for...

I have both of these CD's and they're fabulous. Kawika has an amazing voice. Ata's one is just as good.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
